This mailing list has been created in anticipation of a Nepal Independent Media Center in order to elicit interest, bring together people interested in involving themselves, and to organize the IMC and get it off the ground. We look forward to it becoming transformed into the Nepal IMC list once we have things going. Please participate in this mailing list and in the Nepal IMC if you are interested in whatever capacity you wish. The list is to bring people together and to allow them to make contacts with others both through the list and on a personal basis. We hope that we can develop a core group in Nepal who will take a central role in organizing the Nepal IMC, obtaining and writing stories, and giving a local organization presence to the IMC in relation to the IMCs elsewhere in the world. To post a message to all the list members, send email to imc-nepal@lists.indymedia.org. You can subscribe to the list, or change your existing subscription, in the sections below.
Subscribing to imc-nepal
Subscribe to imc-nepal by filling out the following form. You will be sent email requesting confirmation, to prevent others from gratuitously subscribing you. This provides only mild security, but should prevent others from messing with your subscription. Do not use a valuable password as it will occasionally be emailed back to you in cleartext.
