[Imc-jakarta] tech problem at imc-jakarta list ?

Dear listwork, Meggy,
   There seems to be a problem with the imc-jakarta list.
i tried subscribing to imc-jakarta 24h ago and 48h ago and
have still not received the confirmation request. 

This may explain why there are only two subscribers...

i think something may be wrong with the setup (maybe when the
list was changed from private to public?).

Internet access is difficult and costly for the Jakartans, so it would
be good if someone at listwork could help the Jakartans (e.g. Meggy)
to check if this really is a problem and what the problem is.

Anyone can test the problem themselves by trying to subscribe
(and then unsubscribing unless they are really interested in
supporting the Jakarta IMC).
