[IMC-Tech] being spammed in irc.

 a bot seems to be mass msging people in irc. 
People in both #indymedia and #tech are complaining so
I'm not sure but it seems to join both and scan for addies
to msg or something. But it seems fairly automated.

It was sending me one spam message about hosting 
before hanging up, then coming back in a couple
minutes later, but now it sends two messages before
quitting, so I thought I'd better alert as many people as
possible that this might be building to a flood attempt
or something.

My suspicion is it's trying to learn exactly what our
auto kick threshhold might be for floods.
