[Imc-uk-network] Cambridge would like to be part of the Mir

Hello, just a quick note to formally let the UK network know:  the
Cambridge IMC would like to go live with Mir.  We plan to have our formal
editorial policy done as of tonight and will add it to the site within
the next few days, our stylesheets are still ugly but getting there, and
other minor changes to the site text are in the process of being
rewritten and should be done quite soon.  Editorial admins have been
trained and are comfortable with adding features, hiding posts, etc.

Will try to get some more Cambridge people onto these network lists at
the meeting tonight, between video projects, tech, and getting things
moving locally it's hard to participate effectively on the lists as well.
 Thanks to Andi, Chris, and Vince who have been a great help technically
for us,
