(i am still stiched after picket) 

thanks tony (as always) for keeping track ! 

updating on liasons: 
i was liason (with javi) for finance list past year - 

i recall discussion (irc + lists) early fall: 
liasons were to be exchanged + should be pp taking part regularly of 
local meetings and located in the uk. 

i agree! 
what happened? 

generally on finance list: 
not much activity happened past spring/summer/early fall 
exchange list admin system etc delayed work + minor + emergency 
decisions: bolivia, argentina, brasil etc over night..and discussion 
over general principles - see my reports on st louis request of funding 

etc) 

* see uk process lists for full reports. 

if its not clear yet who is/has been doing the new liason job since: 
1. i can make info bridge of current activities 
2. make a general summary of latest events 
3. keep report and chanels flowing both ways- until - new liason is 
been decided (SOON)! 

hopefully somebody of the amazing forces in indy uk network takes over 

full of energy:)
