the sheffield model [sheffield at indy redirect to [imc-sheffield-contact]] is
good. because it's to a list it get's distrubuted to multiple people [who
are all admins for this list]. it's our only private archive [for the same
reasons as uk-contact is private [isp #s & other peronal info].

we also use this for signing features, on publicity etc, much much easier
for the rest of the world to remember.
