[Imc-uk-process] network account update

Hi all,

anyone interested to become a signatory for the network account
needs to provide (quoting from triodos's form): 
·  an original of an Inland Revenue Tax Notification or other 
   Inland Revenue document, or an original of a letter or other
   document from the Benefits Agency, Pensions Agency or DSS, 
   showing your name, current address and National Insurance 
   Number. (please note: P45 and P60 certificates cannot be 
   accepted). 
AND one of these documents: 
·  an original of a bank, building society or credit card 
   statement, or a utility bill (dated within the last six
   months), or an original of a Local Authority Council Tax bill
   (valid for the current financial year), showing your name and
   current address. (please note: mobile phone bills cannot be
   accepted).

stuck it on the network account twiki, check it here:
