i think this will open up a can of worms, or at least another layer of
admin work, which doesn't exist right now.

in this scenario, it would be very interesting to hear what would motivate
an indymedia collective to want to set-up
whoever at someplace.indymedia.org.uk addresses and what particular technical
problems they were trying to solve by having the new aliases.
