[Imc-uk-process] network account update

[What We're Doing]

Hi all,

I had offered to have my name on the Indy UK bank account but it will be 
hard for me to come up with the paperwork required by the bank (see below).  
I could try to convince the bank to accept documents that I do have access 
to but I suspect that might be a bit of a nightmare...so, if anyone else 
wants to do it instead of me please say so!

If not, I'll contact Andi and see what we can work out.
