[Imc-uk-process] IndyCymru to be removed from list of (uk) IMC's

Seems to make sense to remove IndyCymru from the list of uk IMC's...largely 
because it's not a uk IMC.  I would also agree that the article on the site 
that was pointed out is unhelpful to say the least.
