Your latest correspondence on this list unfortunately
does not answer any of the fundamental questions which
need answering before IndyCymru can be an imc.  Put
simply, are you and IndyCymru committed to the OPEN
PUBLISHING model according to imc guidelines?
What with all the stuff at Blackwood at the moment,
which members of our imc collective (oxford) have been
attending, it feels more important than ever right now
to have an active Welsh imc, but it has to follow the
fundamental principles.  So could you please answer
the above question about open publishing?
