Hello Ian and all

although i agree with the timing being bad - as this is nothing to do 
with the Gosling issue - it just triggered an older issue that had 
been neglected for along time.

I would want to make sure that it doesn't look like we are setting up 
a rival IMC wales - especially linked to the UK site - as i am sure 
this would cause problems with some Welsh as i caused discussions 
within Scotland, all fair enough even when everyone is moving in the 
same direction.

Wouldn't the current Cymru site feel we were attacking thoer site - i 
would rather try first to communicate better with them and see if 
they wanted to be an IMC 'officially' and help them go that route. 
Does any one have any contcats with anyone from the Cymru site - The 
list of people i have do not respond - but i can try again. Of course 
i know Ilyan has tried for a long while but we should go that route 
first...
