New-imc decided to work with local contact persons to have have people
rather nearby to help communications with the new coming imc's. I think
that's a good idea.
I know Europe is rather big & that me doing most of it isn't maybe the best
solution for the moment.

Maybe you can help working with some "global south" imc's. Not the ones from
South America,there are a lot of people working on those allready. Africa is
like a black hole for the moment.

what do others think ?
