il me semble que

(3) le modérateur de la liste, gilles at autistici.org ait bien eu
accès à son mél depuis hier, et qu'il n'ait pas jugé que la
proposition soit valable pour la liste imc-france.

Ou ai-je mal compris quelque chose ?

so it seems that

(3) the list administrator, gilles at autistici.org , has had access
to his email since yesterday, and did not judge the proposal fit for
the imc-france mailing list.

Or have I misunderstood something?
