hey flow,

i think you are misunderstanding the tone of sarah's email. she is 
perfectly fine with asking europeans to get involved. she only offered to 
help because she thought there was a need. now that she knows there isnt, 
she is fine with that. Her only comment at this point is that people should 
be careful with how they respond to new volunteers. she was not talking 
about you, but about the first response she got about this from someone else.
