hey flow,

i think you are misunderstanding the tone of sarah's email. she is
perfectly fine with asking europeans to get involved. she only offered to
help because she thought there was a need. now that she knows there isnt,
she is fine with that. Her only comment at this point is that people should
be careful with how they respond to new volunteers. she was not talking
about you, but about the first response she got about this from someone
else.

ok, that was  a reply from me and I want to excuse me for it.
However I still think we should have Europeans for the job.
I think Sarah can perfectly help in the US. I think it's an illusion to
believe we have enough people helping with the US applications. Most of the
applications are from the US and it's done by 3/4 people. If we had some
people more we would be able to do more face to face communication with the
groups, which would certainly be a progress ...
