In other words he is working as part of the Indymedia network New-Imc Working 
Group. OK.

No guessing. Tony is in the group in London that made the application; and has 
been/is one of the main handful of people in the disagreements.

This is not a hypothetical discussion about the new-imc process. If a number of 
people in London working on Indymedia in the UK and London, in full knowledge 
of there being other people in London working on Indymedia in London and the 
UK, attempt to claim the geographical area of London as their exclusive own 
Indymedia 'territory' - without even notifying first the remaining people (not 
in their group) in London, then what we have is a 'power struggle' going on. 

That is the actual real circumstance here. First of all that needs to be 
recognized.
