[New-imc] Online form: Proposed new IMC! (IMC London)

Hey you london guys,

some of us may have heard of the disputes going on in London for
quite a while now. However, I think people who haven't might be kind
of confused right now. And I myself must admit that even though I
have heard the story I feel a bit lost as well. So I think it would
be a good idea to explain what is going on, what is your motivation
to have this new imc, how does this relate to the conflict etc. Maybe
also someone who is not as involved in the whole issue could sum up
the conflict.
