[detailed discussion of actual points in these disagreements I confine to uk-

This is a very condensed summary that I wrote in reply to a point on uk-process
that came up, that I think explains underlyingly in part what is going on.
(Though there are other issues too.)
"The explanation, is that face to face meetings are not enough to achieve
accountability (visibility of interdependency) if you are a group within/part
of a larger organization that communicates over the internet. Because in that
case *you are not yet actually part of the interdependent organization*! That
is why your idea of your group's inclusivity does not work, and has caused
these problems. "

As said, we object to _this_ application, for the reasons we have given here
and in greater detail on imc-uk-process; but we are for a London-Imc. Lets not
make this an 'either/or' situation - that is competitive thinking mode.
Lets do the application together.
Toni has made a tangible proposal for working together for an Imc-London:
"
-------------------------------------------------------------
let's do the application for imc-london together, including
openning up of the process to others [. . .] who have
been excluded so far.
-------------------------------------------------------------
this should include an letter(email) of invitation to not only imc-uk
email lists, but to all the independent media makers, and other
potentialy interested, who reside in london in any way
(permanent/nomadic). "

Lets go forward with this(?)
