sorry for responding to all, as I don't know who is in
which list.

actually these two emails are not contradictory, you
are not actually objecting to the ideas, micmatic 

I'll try to explain myself.

Well, this is what has been actually happening in the
UK in the last ... 2 years. Richard blocking -on his
own- so many proposals, mostly agreed on a meeting
after long and arduous discussion. Then published on
minutes and then, on e-mail, him blocking it. When he
formed lwg with Toni the blocks started to come from
both of them - like this of a new IMC.

And this is the 'narrow' perception of block that you
reject, that has been exercise by these two people -
block not as a concerns raising, but as stopping a
group from doing things.

And this kind of action is what blue pi is trying to
propose to stop - i may be wrong but this is my
perception of those two e-mails, which i got through
the uk-process list.

Thanks all global people for your attention on this
issue.
