   The list you posted is great - i didn't realise that so
many contacts were under way in Africa! Let's hope your message
helps in getting some horizontal contacts and mutual support.

Two comments:

(1) i think we should be careful to avoid confusion with IMC
Zimbabwe - AFAIK, they are still only at requested status, they are
aware of this, and they are aware that some people are worried that
they do not - yet - have enough of a diverse range of grassroots
groups involved.

So IMHO it's still a "forming IMC".

(2) There were some contacts with some people in Tunisia, though i
think they put the priority on releasing an imprisoned web activist,
and indymedia as a longer term goal.
