[New-imc] Online form: Proposed new IMC! (IMC Kenya)

me and francois are already following this contact
jsut so everybody knows:
this was the first group of people composed of both kenyan people living abroad
and local people that we were working with to hammer out an imc node in kenya
then there was this swehealing group submitting a new imc request

since then communication with this group has gon one regularly while the
swealing group kind of no-one heard of them again or before :)))

so we are going forward with the group whose contact is oolo and they seem to be
pretty advanced in their discussion about being an imc and so on

i will keep everybody updated :)
