You'll find some other clarifications, like for h. and i. of the
membership criteria. The links are to quite old mission statements
though, but does that matter?

Anyway, if you want recent ones, look through the new-imc archives for
headers like
  Subject: IMC <CITY-NAME> new-imc internal approval DEADLINE ...
and you should find the mission statements either in these 
messages or linked from them.
