[Resolve] meeting 'code of conduct'

i was chatting on irc the other day and someone was aksing me what to
do about an especially troublesome member. he yells at people, arches
over them agressively and basically fits perfectly with the behaviour
cited in the article "Shut the fuck up":

So, my suggestion to him was to begin setting up and discussing a 'code
of conduct' for meetings. i thought some of you here might be able to
suggest some ideas or links etc.
