Ok. From what I can understand from french->babelfish the main concern 
is that this adds to the tech workload of marseille, especially 
concerning sf-active.

Your site would still share all the same files with other sf-active 
sites as they are on the fileserver. Nothing would change there.

And you wouldn't just get an empty vserver, I'd have the necessary bits 
installed. :)

That said, it may be best to just move /all/ sf-active sites to the same 
vserver.
