[ahimsa-tech] video.indy move to berkman

Hi,

berkman seems to be the only option a the moment to host  
video.indymedia.org - the move will take a moment since i need to  
figure out if things like pam_mysql, vsftpd and rtorrent work under bsd.

i also will disable the direct http download, finish the archive.org  
auto-upload script and move over to use bit torrent  only.

to make a clean transfer it can be that i have to disable publishing  
for some days. there is already a old backup of the video.indy files  
on berkman, but there is a good amount of files to transfer.

this is basically the setup video.indy was proposed years ago (using  
archive.org as the main download source) but we never finished the  
setup since jebba provided such a nice box :-)

anyway, it is good to decentralize

p.s. you can understand this mail as a proposal, if you can offer or  
see any other option, please tell us. It's around 50G disk-space, it  
will need more. The Site also had enough Traffic to fill up a 100Mbit  
Line with one well-known Video.
