Ok. FRII got hit by an apparent attack. Below is their message.

Our Fort Collins access router came under an attack beginning at 4:05
PM MST. We shut down and restarted the router and service was returned
to normal at 4:30 PM. We have opened a ticket with our upstream
provider to investigate the attack. We sincerely appologise for the
inconvenience.
