The comment on 911 conspiracy theories was just my personal comment and
is irrelevant for the question of IMC Kenya editorial policy.

In principle, IMC Kenya people should make an autonomous decision on
what things they consider spam and other aspects of their editorial
policy.

At the moment they are busy with sorting out things like WSF delaying visas
and people losing lots of money on aeroplane tickets that they have to 
change. See the imc-africa mailing list archive for details.

i'm hoping that either IMC Kenya people or their international supporters
who are in contact with them will decide to administer their web site...
