I, Dave Fregon, am not racist as you are claiming. I have contributed  
actively via axxs.org and other means to anti-racism action. I find it  
extremely offensive Mick Lambes claims, which he is making so easily.  
I shouldn't have to start proving myself, Mick should be proving that  
his statements are more than just personal attacks over the loss of  
his website hosting due to his own inaction and methodology of  
attacking individuals and associating them with racism, if they  
dissagree with his methodology

We have and continue to host non-racist websites. We hosted DIMC for  
this reason. I actively supported DIMC and Mick. I do not however,  
support his methodology, which I am sure people see as plainly  
evident. I do not understand why this fellow is so focussed on taking  
out axxs.org.

I might draw your attention to one particular time not long ago, when  
axxs.org was on the front line of attacks from racists over us hosting  
Fight dem Back, just one of 14 on the server :

Of course we don't stand on pedestals regarding this, and we do not  
actively point out what we are hosting in that regard. We have been  
threatened extensively by fascists and racists for our anti-racist  
stances, I have paid a huge amount of money and time supporting  
anti-racist actions, I have had personal damage done to myself with  
loss off teeth, I have been stalked in my home, and have had nazi's  
burn down a squat I was living in, I've had racists point screwdrivers  
at my face when we started Food Not Bombs in Melbourne, the list goes  
on.

I thought I would throw this out for those general readers of this  
discourse of Micks, just for a little perspective.

I have fought racists on the 'front lines', in demos (example racist  
bookshop in Melbourne), and stood toe-to-toe literally with fascists  
and nazi's for years, I am quite confident that Micks arguments in  
this regard are more than false, he is damaging activists that are on  
the front lines, who are not necessarily, or indeed in a position too,  
shout it from the rooftops, or throw it around as street-cred and a  
badge of honour as he is doing, or will end up dead.

Again, I would like to know if any others in Darwin Indymedia, stand  
behind Mick's libelous claims of us. I would also like Mick to prove  
them, other than use the methodology of posting peoples names with  
claims of race hate and bigotry repetitively as a methodology to  
victory.

I find the methods he is employing as totally derogatory to the issues  
of racism in general. He is just using it as a tool for his own ends.  
These are viscous attacks by an individual with the sole aim of  
retribution over the fact others do not support his methodology, and  
the balance of evidence should not have to fall upon myself, but upon  
the accuser.
