[axxs-sysadmin] [Imc-alternatives] Drupal test site on Axxs (was: Alternatives roadmap)

Sounds good to me - if I understand the request correctly, is it a  
development site for a future Drupal version of Aotearoa IMC?

Kind of like what is happening for Melbourne IMC?

Happy to also lend Drupal support if required or in Dave's absence
