[axxs-sysadmin] adelaide indymedia down

I have switched off Adelaide indymedia, due to the load it was causing
on the server, and no end to it in sight. It was either Adelaide or all
sites being unavailable, or at best limited service. 

There seems to be no Indymedia geeks with the skills, willing or able to
look into it's issues, nor anyone with the time to get familiar with the
code and help support it, so not sure of a ETA for it coming back.
