[axxs-sysadmin] FOE Nanotechnology Project hosting proposal

The FOE Nanotechnology Project was looking for hosting, they are on a
Drupal codebase, and can manage their own site instance.

I am willing to be 'supporter/sponsor' of the project, and overlook the
install/setup.

>From the load on the server, now that Adelaide site is approached in
regard the spam attacks, there shouldn't be a problem.
