Was wondering why I couldn't access anything! Ok.
Bit concerned about aptgetanarchy.org - I've turned on the throttle  
module, because the amount of guests visiting it has jumped from the  
odd one or two to, say, 20 to 40+. Possibly spambots, either that or  
it's just become a damn popular site.
