I would like to donate $200, Dave can you confirm if it's possible to 
send a money order? As I don't really have many other options... can't 
write cheques and can't transfer over internet because my bank is a 
piece of shit. If it costs to cash in a money order, I'll include that 
cost in the overall amount.
