[axxs-sysadmin] No Database connection for A-IMC

this seems to happen quite frequently - ever couple of days I get this
kinda messages pop from evolution , after it trys to check for new POP
messages.
Probably mysql die'ing ... or reaching max client connections - we
need some monitoring programs...
