[axxs-sysadmin] Centreflunk DB

Swear to some sort of god that it's still adelaideimc. Captcha of  
course, only stopped comments, not database connections... IP logs  
were useless because every spam had a different IP...

I believe something was tried with .htaccess but don't think it  
worked, and Roman hasn't been back online since.

There are currently 20 'adelaideimc' connections in mysql. There are  
also 6 weird 'mysqlmail4phpyou4me' connections which look suss. Out of  
28 overall processes.

This is bad, but low.. usually there are about double the amount of  
adelaideimc connections. The connections don't do anything, but they  
just take up space, and thus we get the 'too many connections' errors  
that bring the server down. I think this is the case unless I'm  
mistaken in my knowledge of mysql serving.

Dave, is there a way to limit the amount of connections to a mysql  
database? And if so, where is this done?
