Trac is probably overkill tho I love it, and also not as simple as first
appears setting up, you need to have subversion repositories, mod_python
and custom virtual host containers, .htaccess etc. and an eye on the
security coming from implementing that too.
I'm sure you could do it, just it's probably overkill as it's more
focussed around code and projects docs on code, than what we are after I
think.
I reckon mediawiki, which is installed on xchange, but not configured, I
only had a quick look at how to configure and it was a little confusing
what the methodology is in SuSe for sharing the codebase and bringing up
a mediawiki 'instance' without hacking the new install point all over
the place. time got the better of me, and it's still not done :\
I've cc'd the others in CompColl as this crosses 2 borders, compcoll
want a mediawiki (yes yes Chris I am slow on that;), and so do we :) I'm
just not sure about or familiar with how the SuSe setups best practice
for rolling out wiki sites off the central code on the server is ..
someone may be able to fill me in? is it meant to install and be run
from the install location? how would you do multiple wikis then?
a little confused over the approach for multi-site code with suse,
Dave
