Since about 11:20-ish or so UTC+0 ssh has been down on axxs. 
ftp is ok.

My hypothesis: the sshd daemon got killed off (maybe by the dreaded
OOM killer?). wikipedia or google for more on this frightening beast. ;)

On irc people are trying to find out who knows how to reboot... 
IMHO a reboot would be a Good Thing. or maybe even the Only Thing.
