[axxs-sysadmin] smtp deets

This is generally caused by ISP's blocking outbound port 25 to anywhere
but their own mailserver.

Try connecting SSL, that uses a different port, and gets around the
issue, or simply use your ISP's outbound mail server as the smtp server.
