Our current process is that requests are made to this list, as you have
done. Workers on the server can choose to second it. If no-one has
blocked a 'seconded' request in 3 days, the admin seconding it can set
it up, at their own discretion. Any following issues after that are
discussed openly on this list for consensus.
So I second your request, and also offer to sponsor the site in regard
setting it up under our collectives space on the server and looking over
it.
I think education is very important, and what you are doing is the
same :)
