[axxs-sysadmin] Permissions for yuda at anarchism.org.nz

[aketus]

afaik no one has dealt with it - although it probably hasn't been much 
of a problem for yuda since there's been no domain to play with.. but it 
will have to be done eventually and I dunno how to do it myself.
