Cooperative work is the ideal. But it doesn't seem easy to avoid
getting into a mess that no-one can either understand or deal with.
Like colourful eh?

Let's make sure everyone who works on axxs understands it really
is a cooperative, committed process. In aketus case I'm sure he
realises the political importance of us getting it right: so we don't
just repeat cat's recent chaos.

Would Trac be helpful? Its described as being for "web-based
software project management", development primarily.

Children have a lesson adults should learn, to not be ashamed of failing,
but to get up and try again. Most of us adults are so afraid, so cautious,
so 'safe' and therefore so shrinking and rigid and afraid, that is why so
many humans fail. Most middle-aged adults have resigned themselves
to failure. ---Malcom X
