Don't think there's anything the NZ crew can do to speed this up, it's a
bank thing.

Basically, the money has 'gone in' and registered, but it's not
available as yet to actually withdraw, but is showing in the balance of
the account, so it's there. Just time is all. Hence why we are speeding
up the process so we can get this server up and take advantage of the
discount as well.

This was warned by the bank when it happened, they said it would take
ages to become available due to the funds coming from OS, and why we
emailed the list saying this would happen with a cheque in NZ dollars
