[axxs-sysadmin] wrong time on axxs.org - ntpdate?

I think it's a good idea Sebastian, and it's already installed just not
running? It _was_ setup, maybe an update has had it switched off?
In Plesk admin, under Server / System Date and Time it just needs the
time server and a checkbox selected, then save.
We should however talk to the sites on the server to see if they are not
conpensating for this in their code first?
