[axxs-sysadmin] new server update

My two cents,

I'd love to donate some more but all my funds have been getting put 
towards an overseas trip that is imminent.
If it's feasible to pay by the month with the money we have already, 
then we should go for it. I seem to remember talk of a fundraising event 
for axxs perhaps later in the year to recover what will probably 
becoming dwindling funds.
