[axxs-sysadmin] account for lachlan

Hi all,
would it be possible to get an axxs account for Lachlan (usrname:  
datakid) from EngageMedia? EngageMedia has it's lists/email/trac and  
transmission site on axxs. Now that Lach is onboard we should finally  
have this mediawiki instance running for axxs soon.

Also Engage will be giving a donation for the new server, we just  
haven't worked out how much exactly yet.
