[axxs-sysadmin] donation + wiki

I feel it's a good idea to host it off site in the event that Axxs  
goes down (due to Apache or MYSQL loads, etc). A new sudoer left alone  
at 3am in the morning who isn't entirely sure what to do, might then  
still be able to access some documentation on how to get things back  
up and running.

If the server goes down and information on how to fix it is on the  
server, then the information is useless :)

That's my opinion anyway. It's the same reason the axxs sysadmin list  
is off axxs.org I imagine, and on indymedia.org instead (maybe that's  
for a different reason) - so that we might communicate about Axxs  
problems off Axxs altogether in the event it's down.
