Fixed :)

For some reason your Settings.php in your httpdocs/forums/ directory was 
empty. Don't think it should be. Fortunately you had a Settings_bak.php 
in there as well, so I copied it as Settings.php and all is well again.
That's what happened - can't explain why your Settings.php was empty 
though... that looks like human error or (hopefully not) a bug in Simple 
Machines..
