Hey Dave,

Yeah, that is from AIMC. I have CC'd this reply to the AIMC editorial list,
hopefully someone will have an idea. I was under the impression that the
transfer was going to be made electronically, not sure why it wasn't -
hopefully someone on the ed list can explain.
