ns1.axxs.org should work now. You can use ns2.axxs.org (borg) as your 
secondary but let one of use know in IRC (or here) so it can be setup.

Alternatively, people can arrange their own secondaries if they choose. 
I use bur.st for mine. Give them a donation and you can host as many as 
you want. They have 5 nameservers located around australia.
